We stayed at Brit Hotel in Valenciennes and had a great experience. The hotel has a nice location, close to the old town and a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the secure garage where we could store our motorcycles. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a good variety of hot and cold options. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose Brit Hotel again.

The front desk staff were excellent, polite, efficient and friendly. The location is excellent and had no trouble with parking. The rooms were very quiet and the breakfast room comfortable and the experience enjoyable.

Always prefer to have bar fridge anad tea/coffee making facilities in the room. However the room service was inexpensive and very prompt.

The furniture was too old, the bad was making weird sounds whenever I move. The furniture needs definitely to be changed. €69 is too much for that room. But I'm not sure if all the rooms are the same.

room was clean and had all the basics. hotel was very close to city centre - near train station and main square. receptionist was polite and allowed early check-in. staff was helpful and allowed us to securely store our motorcycles in the hotel garage. breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold buffet

Our stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! The family room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The customer service was top-notch, and the breakfast selection was jaw-dropping. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was just a short walk from the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the off-site car park and the 24-hour security. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind, and the laundry service was convenient. The room had a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and the express check-in/-out made our stay hassle-free. We were impressed to find cots available for families with young children, along with board games for some fun. Plus, the hotel allowed pets! The no smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future.

We arrived late at night and were relieved to find a parking spot nearby, despite the limited reserved parking spaces. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the city center and major sites. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice atmosphere, with helpfull relaxed staff, we had several laptops along and a extra free wifi card wasn't a problem.

No parking facilities, no english speaking staff but polite to be fair, no refrigerator in the room

Loved the exquisite decor, felt like I was in a fairy tale! The staff treated me like royalty, always ready to serve. And who could resist the charming view of the parking lot from my window?
